Simply Click Play Select Level One And Use Any Key On The Keyboard To Click

There are basic bubbles which are just a circle that you must tap on once

There is a basic circle with another circle inside of it you must double tap to keep your combo alive

The bubbles with a trail behind indicates that you must hold until the end of the line or else you will have "dropped your hold".
